PayPal processes card and wallet details; we do not store full payment-card numbers.

Who receives information

Relevant profile and job details are shared between matched parties according to the platform workflow. We use service providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, and operational support. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and role-based database rules, but no online system can eliminate every risk.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Some information must be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal claims.

International access and updates
