How the Match Network works
We're not a job board. Employers choose candidates from a vetted pool — candidates don't fire off endless applications.
1. Employer posts a CoS role
A sponsor-licensed employer posts a Certificate of Sponsorship role with the sector and salary. Free for employers.
2. Matching candidates surface
The system instantly suggests candidates whose desired role and skills match the sector — no spammy applications.
3. Candidate is notified
The candidate sees they've been featured for a CoS role, with the role details — the employer's identity is hidden at this point.
4. Match & connect
When the employer taps the candidates they want to consider, it becomes a CoS Match — the employer details are revealed and both sides can arrange an interview or call.
